There’s nothing quite like a good Chinatown! These fascinating cultural enclaves offer visitors the chance to immerse themselves in another culture. There are several great Chinatowns close to Cedar Knolls, but one of the most impressive is in Manhattan.

4. STEAMTOWN NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE

With New York City and Philadelphia so close to Cedar Knolls, it’s easier to forget about some of the lesser-known cities in the region. But Scranton, PA is something of an overlooked gem, offering a range of fantastic attractions. And there are few better than the Steamtown National Historic Site!

This fantastic railroad museum is built around a working roundhouse and turntable, with components from early 1900s railways. Visitors can enjoy tours, exhibits, and best of all, excursions on working steam trains.
