Junior was very understanding of my concerns and did everything in his power to help address my issues.

I had a great experience at Performance Buick. I arrived a little early for my appointment and was immediately greeted in the garage by someone who checked me in and directed me to the office, where I was greeted by Steven. He was super helpful, thorough, and quickly got me set up in the waiting room. The waiting area was very accommodating, with comfortable seating and a desktop/workstation setup that made it easy for me to get some work done while I waited. Steven came to get me as soon as my car was finished and had me checked out quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a really smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Especially in contrast to a previous oil change experience I had at Route 23 Honda, which is actually closer to me and part of the same dealership family, this visit stood out even more. During that prior visit, I waited for hours with very little communication and was left wondering where my car even was in the process. Performance Buick, on the other hand, was communicative, organized, and overall a much nicer customer experience, so I’ll gladly take the hour drive over that experience going forward.

As I said before. The sales rep Junior and the mechanic were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond with my vehicle. There was a noise that I was hearing in the mechanic and Junior spent extra time and even went inside the truck with me to try to find the noise. Even though the noise did not happen at that moment, they told me to return at any time or call it anytime. Detailed, thorough and kind and helpful.

Amazing experience as always

Although it took all day, I was informed of that so I can't complain. Car was clean and hopefully time will tell that the problem was fixed. Service agent was very good.
