Was a very bad experience dealing with service, it’s a horrible attitude and horrible customer service specially the service manager was very nasty unprofessional, They tried hard to get any money for nonsense and when I tried to talk they was super nasty and unprofessional way of deal with customer.

It was great and a quick and easy process from Julie facilitating it to working with Brian.

This was the first time I brought my car in for service and I was so pleasantly surprised by the Service Department. Everyone was welcoming when I arrived and my Service Advisor, Junior Robinson, was OUTSTANDING! Junior very clearly explained what would happen with my car, and there were no surprises at the end of my appointment. Aside from being professional, Junior was kind and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my car. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to Junior at Performance.
